LAUNDRY ROOM WALL MURAL EXAMPLES
Here are a few examples of laundry room murals I painted for clients. A little paint can add some color and whimsy to this often overlooked space. What sort of mural would put a smile on your face as you do laundry?

A mural painted in a Laundry Room can make the ongoing task of laundry a bit more pleasant.
Although the pictures above are a bit dated, the concepts are still really fun.
Paint a clothes line with items that have sentimental value. I still remember the stories attached to the items I painted for Sue and Tracy on their clothes lines.
- Imagine a painted clothes line with items your children have outgrown. Paint clothes that inspire good memories or commemorate an event.
Some laundry rooms have a designated room and other laundry rooms lead to a garage or back yard. Why not add a little whimsy by painting a mural? You could paint some outdoorsy elements that are similar to what’s in your yard.
- Painting flowers or grass could bring a little of the outdoors, inside. Beautiful wildflowers, roses, or any kind of flowers you love, could be sprinkled around your room. Paint small or large colorful flowers along with butterflies or birds.
If your laundry has no window, paint one. A painted window mural will open up your space and you will have a room with a view. A side affect may be that you’ll find more enjoyment in folding laundry.
If you always wanted a mural but thought they were only for kids, a laundry room or mud room is a great place to go crazy with paint. I painted my laundry room ceiling to look like the sky … and I love it!
